Return/Exchange Policy

-No Refunds, only store credit or exchange.

We hope that you enjoy each piece of garment purchased, but if you change your mind, we are more than happy to help. Whether you need a different size, color, or item, we can gladly exchange it. 

Return/Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days from the postmarked delivery date on the package Tracking number delivered.
                      (To look up delivery date go to www.usps.com enter Tracking #)
  • To return an item it must be unwashed, unworn, stain-free, un-damaged, un-altered with all original tags attached and copy of invoice.
  • Items will not be accepted for return/exchange if it is not in its original form.
  • We do not offer refunds, but we can gladly provide a store credit for a new item.
  • To Exchange an item for a new item please follow same procedures listed above, unless item is damaged or defective please email us immediately for replacement.

To complete your return/exchange:

  1.  Email us at GXNDWELL@GMAIL.COM
  2. Let us know the reason for the return/exchange
  3. Submit a copy of the Invoice, provide a phone number to reach you
  4. We will get back to you within 24 hours 

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds/Exchanges 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account with us.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at GRXNDWELL@GMAIL.com and send your item to: Grxndwell Jean Co. 2202 S Figueroa St.  # 245 Los Angeles California US 90007.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will submit store credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
